DESCRIPTION
Certo Construction completed a full refurbishment of the new offices of 3 Monkeys Zeno - this entailed:
Demolition and alterations to existing layout
Full MEP services installation & adaptation to incorporate new office layout
Installation of new feature lighting and kitchen point
Alterations and installation of new glazed partitions
Bespoke joinery package
Full finish to flooring and feature wall, and manifestation installation.
We undertook dilapidation and refurbishment of old office space to return to CAT A lettable space for the client
